About This Course
As the culminating experience of the ʻAha Kumu task force, this course empowers participants to synthesize and showcase their growth as kumu leaders. Members will present a clearly articulated leadership pathway and finalized Kumu Leadership Indicators to school leadership and other key stakeholders, demonstrating collective vision and readiness for system-level impact. In addition to the group presentation, each participant will complete an individual portfolio and written reflection that documents their unique professional learning journey throughout ʻAha Kumu. Portfolios will include evidence of engagement in activities, personal reflections on growth and leadership, and insights from collaboration and independent inquiry.
