About the event
This hands-on workshop is designed to help school leaders leverage Al within existing policy guidelines to work more efficiently, make informed decisions, and strengthen communication across divisions. Using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Magic School, participants will explore practical strategies for prompt engineering, data analysis, and leadership-specific Al tools.
Through interactive lessons, case studies, and guided tool exploration, leaders will:
Learn effective prompt engineering techniques using the 3P's framework.
Practice data analysis in ChatGPT and Copilot, including identifying trends, outliers, and actionable insights.
Explore Magic School's 18+ Al tools for administrators, including those for policy drafting, meeting planning, event coordination, and staff communication.
Apply learning to realistic leadership scenarios requiring timely, coordinated communication and decision-making.
